Sades Headset

Recently I bought a headset for my computer. It cos £20, I bought this one instead of a cheaper one because it had 7.1 surround sound. The box that the Headset came in contained; the headset, an instruction manual and a driver disk. This confused me as I assumed you could install it off the internet.
This headset has a very nice design with a microphone, which can be lifted up and down as of when required. This means that you don’t have an annoying mic by the side of your face when you are using them as an everyday pair of headphones on your computer. The head phone has a memory foam styled padding that fit around the edge of your ear. These are very comfy when you have got use to how they feel. At first I found them rather uncomfortable, I believe this is where I am not use to wearing a headset and needed to get use to it.
When I first got the headset I plugged it into the USB port of my Laptop; it took about two minutes to configure on windows 8 I fiddled around with the settings to make it work best. On my desktop it wasn't as easy. When I used it on my desktop I actually required the disk. Once I installed this it worked and it can with an application which allowed you to fiddle with every setting. Once I had done this I couldn’t have been easier, obviously I had to change my default mic on Skype but after that it was setup.
The microphone on this was very clear and easy to understand when I listened to the playback. From what I can tell it is a great starting headset for gaming and recording videos. The only problem I found was the microphone picked up background sound but it was an easy fix of turning it down.

When going through this I have come to the conclusion it is a great headset for £20. If I was to rate it I would give it a 3out of 5, the reason for this is because it isn’t the comfiest and the speaker quality isn’t great for 7.1

Tesco Hudl review

The Hudl Tesco tablet which costs £119. It has the android 4.2 operating system. The good thing about the price of this tablet is that if you have club card points the vouchers are worth double when you buy this tablet.
There are several really attractive features of this. The processing unit is a quad core so when you use this tablet it runs really smoothly. This is improved by 1gb of ram that it contains so that the apps run well.
The battery life while being used constantly is 9 ½ hours. This means if you wanted it could last all-day so long as you are not using it constantly.
Where it is on the android 4.2 operating system you can download all the apps you can get on most phones.
The screen is 7” wide and it is supposed to be high definition. This screen isn’t great because it is washed out and it is slightly pixelated even if you use it with a strong internet.
This tablet start up isn’t the fastest but once it has loaded it is very efficient and reactive. The touch screen seems to be okay but I haven’t tested much for delay.

For the price of this tablet it is brilliant value and it is great for everyday use and surfing the internet. If I was to rate it I would give it a four out of five as it falls short when it comes to the screen.
